399 bed Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using

To open an account at 399 bed, you must be 18 years of age or older. Each person may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of your account. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time if false information is provided. Keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential — do not share them with any third party.

• Account cannot be transferred to another person

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). To make a deposit, you must use a valid mobile banking account in Bangladesh, and that account must be registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted. Withdrawal processing may generally take up to 24 hours. In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to place a hold on withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

Any violation of platform rules, system hacking, use of bots, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the associated balance may be forfeited. Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts also falls under this category. 399 bed reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time, for any reason. All decisions are final and may be appealed through our customer support.

• Use of bots, scripts, or automation is prohibited
• Claiming bonuses with multiple accounts is prohibited
• Cyber attacks against the platform are prohibited
• Harassing other users is prohibited

399 bed reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post a notice on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.
